What is monthly car rental with driver?
It is a dedicated, chauffeur-driven car that you rent for 30 days or more instead of buying a car. PG Tours & Travel provides the car, the chauffeur, maintenance and a backup vehicle, and bills you once a month.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum term is 30 days. Longer contracts are available for companies and long-term needs.
Will I get the same chauffeur every day?
Yes. A dedicated chauffeur is assigned to your car so they learn your routes and timings.
What happens when my chauffeur is on leave?
We send a trained relief chauffeur so your duty continues without interruption.
What if the car breaks down or needs servicing?
We arrange a replacement vehicle. Routine servicing is planned around your usage to avoid disruption.
How are duty hours, days and kilometres decided?
They are agreed with you before the car is deployed: daily duty hours, monthly duty days and the monthly distance included. Use beyond these is billed at the extra-hour and extra-kilometre rates stated in your agreement.
How does fuel work on a monthly plan?
You can choose a dry lease, where fuel is billed at actuals, or a wet lease, where fuel is included up to an agreed monthly distance.
Are tolls and parking included?
Tolls, parking and any state permits are paid as per actuals and recorded on your daily duty slips.
Do you provide GST invoices for companies?
Yes. You receive one monthly GST invoice, daily duty slips with distance and time, and MIS reports for corporate accounts.
