What happens if I exceed the 8 hours or 80 kilometers?
If your travel extends beyond the booked package, you will simply be charged our standard "Extra Hour" or "Extra KM" rate based on your vehicle category. These rates are fully transparent and will be shared in your initial WhatsApp quote.
Can I travel outside the city on an hourly package?
Hourly local packages (4Hr/8Hr) are strictly designed for use within the city limits. If your itinerary involves crossing state borders or traveling outstation, we will apply our dedicated Outstation tariffs instead.
Are toll taxes and parking charges included?
No, toll taxes, state taxes (if applicable), and parking charges are excluded from the base hourly package. These are billed at actuals at the end of your trip based on the exact route taken.
